About Us

I have been in this business for over twenty years, fifteen of which in consulting. I have worked in international companies and led Executive Search projects and projects aimed at streamlining management development and process management. For more than ten years, I have been focusing on family-owned businesses. I help owners to successfully plan and carry out intergenerational transfers, set up a suitable management model after they leave the company and bring forth further growth of the company through cooperation and development of key members of the family and management.

I am involved in various business communities whose main goal is mutual cooperation and respect, continuous development and improvement of business environment in Slovakia. I have extensive publishing and lecturing experience, especially in family business. I am fluent in English and German.

I like to spend my free time with my family, reading books. I lead an active lifestyle, practising a number of recreational sports. In the past I used to be a successful basketball player and after a long break I returned to coaching children. Sport has given me so much and now I want to give back. I also care about the physical and personal development of youth.

I enjoy working with people who adhere to moral and ethical principles, have a positive mindset and not only never stop learning themselves but help others develop, too.

For almost fifteen years I have been working in human capital consulting. As an Executive Search Consultant I have successfully filled many positions in top and middle management for local and international companies across various sectors and expert domains. For our clients, I always try to deliver the best and the most appropriate the market has to offer. Being persistent as well as goal and detail oriented, I can quickly understand client’s needs and effectively analyze the market of suitable candidates. I also have the ability to make new contacts quickly and have been building a network, which has proven very useful to our clients filling key positions.

As a consultant I participate in projects for family businesses, where I identify and evaluate the potential of key members of top management and potential successors from among family members. I also provide operational and organizational consulting for small family businesses and local companies.

In our company I focus on activities aimed at improving the quality of provided services and increasing the satisfaction and care of our clients. I am also responsible for the company’s marketing and communicating on social networks. I am fluent in English.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family in a weekend house in the Orava region, hiking and cycling or skiing and snowboarding in winter. I like to relax with a cup of good coffee and a book.

My entire professional career has been linked to Human Resources area. I worked for an international HR consulting company specializing in Executive Search for twelve years. I successfully filled a large number of top and middle management positions across various sectors from Slovakia and other CEE countries. For the past four years, I have worked as an internal HR Manager setting up complex processes and standards for a local company. I was responsible for a wide range of tasks including creating the company's organizational structure, employee recognition and benefits scheme, designing and implementing development/training programs.

Being familiar with two different perspectives, as an HR consultant and HR manager I can see the bigger picture. I help clients accurately identify their needs, advise them and effectively implement our complex projects. Thanks to a comprehensive overview in the field of internal HR, I can competently and effectively help clients to set up their HR policy on both strategic and process levels.

As a senior consultant in our company I focus on building relationships with customers, filling key positions in their companies, looking for ways to increase employee motivation and personal development. I also participate in complex consulting projects for family businesses. I am fluent in English and German.

I like to spend my free time with my family and friends, listening to good music and practicing outdoor sports. I am an active member of the Veľká Voda Polar Bear Club, I love long-distance and cold water swimming.

My professional journey has revolved around engaging with individuals. For twelve years, I worked in a translation company, where I focused on finding suitable candidates, in this case linguists, as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones. My responsibilities involved market analysis, research, and talent sourcing among applicants. I´ve always strived to keep both parties satisfied and remain professional while still maintaining a human touch in communication. Although the world of translation may seem distant from the world of Executive Search, the approach and way of working are very similar. Over the years, I have developed a certain intuition for talent scouting, which I apply in my current job. I am fluent in English and German.

People in my surroundings know me as a passionate coffee lover, I try to live a zero-waste lifestyle, and I enjoy creative activities - drawing, photography, crafting. I spent part of my childhood in Vienna, where I completed my entire schooling up to university studies. However, I felt increasingly drawn back home to Slovakia, where I had friends and social connections. I prefer spending time with my family, especially during summer celebrations when we gather with extended family from abroad.

I have always enjoyed communication and learning from others, which led me to study a psychology. Acquired knowledge has been instrumental in various roles throughout my career. I applied my insights as an animator in children’s camps, where I learned the importance of understanding diverse personalities. This experience was further enricher during my work experience as a coffee specialist, where customer interaction was one of the key aspects of my daily responsibilities.

My role in FONDATI & PARTNERS is Executive Search Researcher, where I use my acquired psychological knowledge and experience when searching for suitable candidates. I prioritize a human approach, building trust and maintaining discretion, which I believe are crucial for successful relationships and outcomes in this field.
My professional journey has also been shaped by my experiences in an accounting firm and in sports, both of which have taught me the importance of organization, precision, discipline, and persistence. Also, I am fluent in English.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friend and family, meeting new people and exploring nature. My early involvement in dancing, playing the piano, and orienteering has instilled in me a lasting love for the arts and the outdoors, particularly the mountains.

At FONDATI & PARTNERS, I work as an Executive Search Researcher, and I am responsible for searching and establishing relationships with candidates for top and middle management positions. In this position, I have the opportunity to use my experience and skills, which I acquired during my work in addition to my studies, when I worked in the field of administration, later in the sale of language courses abroad and also in the selection of candidates for positions within the retail sector. It was the last mentioned area that grew close to my heart, and I decided to devote myself to it.

I am also interested in what is happening in the business world, I know how to organize things well and I rely on professionalism and openness in communication. I am mainly motivated and moved forward by teamwork and a supportive environment.

I try to maintain a balance between work and personal life, and in my free time I am engaged in various activities that fulfill me and bring me joy. I love horses and I like to spend time riding. For me, traveling is a way to get to know new cultures and gain new experiences. Family and friends are an important part of my life.
